1Reason for Non-Refundability: Nature of Intangible Digital Goods
In accordance with e-commerce regulations under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules of India and international digital standards, the right of withdrawal or return does not apply to digital content delivered electronically:
- Instant Unlocking: Upon successful transaction completion, your account is immediately upgraded. The complete 10,000+ PCMB MCQ question repository, comprehensive step-by-step solutions, correct answer keys, and timed simulator engines are unlocked in real time.
- Local Browser Caching (IndexedDB): Digital examination data is cached on your client device disk for offline execution. Intangible digital data cannot be “returned” once received.

3Duplicate Payments / Gateway Network Timeouts
The only exception to our No-Refund policy is for verified duplicate transactions caused by banking gateway network drops:
- If your bank account or UPI was charged twice for the same pass due to a server timeout, email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of payment.
- Provide your registered Gmail ID, payment screenshot, and Bank Transaction UTR / Payment ID.
- Once our billing team verifies the duplicate charge on our payment gateway records, the duplicate transaction will be refunded back to the original source bank/UPI within 5–7 business days.
4. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction (Courts of Tumakuru)
This No-Refund Policy shall be interpreted and governed strictly in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, chargeback contestation, or legal proceedings relating to purchases or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Tumakuru, Karnataka, India.
