CRITICAL INDEPENDENT PLATFORM NOTICE (KEA NON-AFFILIATION)
MyKCET (mykcet.com & app.mykcet.com) is an independent mock test and practice portal developed and operated exclusively by SMART INFOTECH, Tumakuru, Karnataka. MyKCET is strictly NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or in any way associated with the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), the Government of Karnataka, or any official CET examination body. Official KEA KCET portal is accessible solely at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
1Acceptance of Terms & Binding Agreement
Welcome to MyKCET (accessible via mykcet.com and app.mykcet.com), operated by SMART INFOTECH, Tumakuru, Karnataka, India. By visiting our website, creating an account, initiating Google Authentication, or purchasing any practice pass, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use or access our services.
2. Strict Independence & Non-Affiliation with KEA
MyKCET is an entirely independent, private educational technology platform. MyKCET is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way associated with the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), the Government of Karnataka, or any official CET nodal body.
All mock tests, question blueprint weightages, and 18ms OMR simulations are independent proprietary pedagogical tools developed to assist students in self-paced exam practice. Official information regarding the Karnataka Common Entrance Test is exclusively published by KEA at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
3Digital Goods & Immediate Service Provision
All services offered on MyKCET—including Monthly Passes, Mock Exam Passes, and All-Access Passes—constitute intangible digital goods and electronic software services.
- Upon successful online UPI/card payment, digital access to questions, timed simulator modes, detailed step-by-step solutions, and answer keys is provisioned immediately without physical shipment.
- Test content is made available for local browser IndexedDB caching to facilitate zero-latency offline practice.
- Because digital assets are unlocked and consumable instantly, all sales of digital goods are final as outlined in our No-Refund Policy.
4Student Account, Authentication & Fair Use
Access to the student exam simulator requires manual Google OAuth sign-in. To maintain exam security and platform integrity:
- Each student account is strictly single-user and personal. You may not sell, rent, or transfer your login access to any other person.
- Only one active session per Gmail account is permitted. Logging in on a new device or browser automatically invalidates prior active sessions.
- Automated scraping, bulk extraction of questions, reverse engineering of the OMR engine, or commercial re-distribution of questions or solutions will result in immediate permanent account termination and legal action under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
5Intellectual Property Rights
All user interfaces, software code, graphic marks, OMR bubbling simulator designs, solution explanations, and editorial compilations are the exclusive intellectual property of SMART INFOTECH. Unlicensed copying or branding reproduction is strictly forbidden.
6. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction (Courts of Tumakuru)
These Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer, and the relationship between you and SMART INFOTECH shall be governed solely by the Laws of the Republic of India, without giving effect to conflict of law principles.
Any legal suit, action, controversy, arbitration, or proceeding arising out of or related to MyKCET or these Terms shall be instituted and resolved exclusively in the competent Courts of Tumakuru, Karnataka, India. You hereby consent and submit irrevocably to the exclusive personal and subject-matter jurisdiction of the Courts of Tumakuru, Karnataka.
7Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
MyKCET is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. SMART INFOTECH does not warrant that test services will be uninterrupted or 100% bug-free. In no event shall SMART INFOTECH be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from inability to access mock tests.
